Welcome to DSHspecial.com (further called DSHspecial),
located at Inselweg 40, 14712 Rathenow, GERMANY,
represented by the owner Dirk Peppel.
Thess are the terms & conditions of DSHspecial. The terms & conditions
regulate the business relation between DSHspecial and the natural and legal entities,
which use the internet service of DSHspecial (further called „user“).
The terms & conditions will be accepted by all registered users,
as soon as the agreement was explained. By clicking the agreement checkbox they accept these terms & conditions.
Portal DSHspecial
The information page DSHspecial is a platform for the exchange of current information around
the topic shepherd dog breed - shepherd dogs. DSHspecial doesn't provide data/information.
All data/informations on DSHspecial are based on the input of our users. DSHspecial goes conform
with the local legal regulations, called "Bundesdatenschutzgesetz".
1. The use
The use of the service DSHspecial needs a previous registration of the users. Users of DSHspecial can be legal and unrestrictedly natural persons. A registration is forbidden for persons under the legal age of 18 years.
2. Registration in the area "breeder/dogs"
During the registration by the user, user name and password are selected. The user name is permitted to touch the rights of third persons or companies, nor touch trademark laws, hurts and not offends against the good customs.
The password is to be kept secret and may not by other persons be passed on.
2.1 Use fees within the range of breeder/dogs
The unique fee for your entry on DSHspecial.com and DSHspecial.de amounts to only 25, - EUR. That's it, no more fees
are needed in the future.
Repayments are not carried out by DSHspecial.
The data within the range of breeder/dogs are not examined on the part of DSHspecial. For correct contents within this range the registered member is responsible.
3. Area Meetings
Adjusting meetings such as exhibitions, examinations, breed looking, achievement hats, Agility or other is FREE!
The data in the area meetings are not examined by DSHspecial. For correct contents is responsible only the advertiser.
4. System availability
DSHspecial does not take over the adhesion for possible server losses of the providers. All further demands are impossible and will not be accepted by DSHspecial.
5. Data security
Personal data of the announced users DSHspecial are treated according to the Federal Law for Data Protection of the FRG and used and stored only for purposes of the account. Personal data of our users will not be handled by thirt parties. The user has the right, to require informations about its stored personal datas.
